We celebrated the day before because Nate worked on Easter. That morning we hid the eggs and had their Easter baskets all ready. It was so fun. Lila loved holding her Easter basket and was so content watching Boston get excited. Boston didn't really understand why a bunny got him an Easter basket but thought it was so cool to get toys and candy. When we told him that the Easter bunny hid eggs he was confused and wasn't really motivated to find them. Once he found one he was excited about it.

On Easter Sunday, I was able to watch a little conference (awesome and so inspirational). Then we colored and decorated eggs. FUN! and this was the finished project.

I got the kids ready in their new Easter clothes and we left to go have dinner at the Fire Station. It was so good to be with Nate and Boston LOVES to go see Nate at the station. They were able to let the kids hold the fire hose. Boston was beaming with excitement the whole day.
this is the video of Boston holding onto the hose. He LOVED it!

you are a great little photographer. I think your house looks really pretty. That is the cutest pic of Boston holding the hose. What a brave little guy.
Looks like a great Easter! Such great pictures! I bet that is way fun to go to the fire station. So cute!
I love your photos! Did you recently get a new camera? And love your new blog too. Your kiddos are getting so big!
How lucky are those kids! To have you as a mom and to have a fire fighting dad?! What more could a kid want?
Love the pictures!
