Our kids loved the sand and they wanted to play in it ALL..DAY..LONG!
The first day Lila was unsure then loved it, was covered in it, and then cried when it wouldn't come off with just a brush. Boston was unsure about the water but Uncle Jim found a solution when he bought gummy alphabets to bribehim with. The last day we were there he loved playing in the water and finding sand crabs. Hopefully by next year he will remember how fun the water was. The first day I got in the ocean I tripped on a rock and rolled my ankle... ha ha. Maybe classified as one of my embarrassing moments of the trip. No worries because the next day it was fine but I was more cautious the rest of the week when I entered the water.
One of our favorite spots to eat this year was a place called Dominic's located along the harbor. Nate was in love with their mozzarella stickand I their bruschetta pizza. We were pigs and ate there twice. That's what I love about vacations you don't feel as guilty, especially when you eat ice cream also twice in one day.
One of the best parts about the vacations overall was getting to be with family. We Stayed up late talking, eating eating eating, laughing until our belly's hurt and enjoying each others company.... If only I could have that every week. We LOVED it and looked forward to next year. Thanks family for a great time once again.
I took 375 pictures but here are just a few.. enjoy.

That sounds wonderful! Maybe it wouldn't be as sweet if you lived there. Or maybe it would. I will probably never know, but there is definitely something that makes you feel good when you are at the beach. Love the pics as always. I am so glad you all had a great time. Also glad your ankle was not worse...
