It has been such a privilege to be this little girls mom. I am cherishing and taking it ALL in as much as I really can but I still feel time is too fast.
As you can see she is sitting up already (yay! wahoo! so proud!). This is such a new thing for me and Nate to see because the other two were not this advanced. Now I know for sure that it's not me but it is how different all babies are from each other. (When Lila didn't sit up or walk until she was way older I thought that I wasn't doing something that the other moms were... I wish I would have known then..)
Mia is also grabbing at everything and can hold and play with her toys.
She loves to laugh when we kiss her belly or on her side. Mia is ALWAYS happy.. when she cries it is because she is poopy, hungry or tired. But she only shows a true cry when I have lost track of time and the bottle is still in the warmer and she is STARVING.
At her five month doc appointment she was 85% for length, 90% for weight and 90% for head. She was even smiling at the doc the whole time.
Mia is sleeping through the night still...... Thank the heavens I have such amazing babies. They all are so pleasant. She does however, wake up at 6:30 a.m. on the dot but she actually goes right to sleep after her bottle. Then wakes again around 9 am.
She really loves watching Boston and Lila and I know she can't wait to play with them-I can just see it in her eyes.
At 5months old she is still taking a lot of naps and on more of a schedule. She loves her thumb even more at 5months and I love it because I don't need to worry about binky's. She loves to be held any chance she can get. When I pick her up she gets so excited it is as if she is jumping into my arms with a great big smile.
Oh..my.. we love this chubby little piece of heaven so so much!!!
