This is what the hubs has been up to. He FINALLY was able to go on a deer hunt this year. In all the (almost) 6 years we've been married he hasn't had the opportunity. So congrats Nate on the deer! He was gone for 6 days in pioche Nevada with no cell phone service and I must say it was hard not being able to talk to him. I totally felt like a single mom and it was NOT easy. It was so funny to see Bostons reaction to the deer. He was a little spooked but then talked about it non-stop the rest of the day.
I'd like to give a special thanks to conference for inspiring me to be a better "single parent" while he was gone. I think I would have been a little impatient if it wasn't for that.

Way to go Nate! I'm gonna have to show this post to Norm...he'll love it! I'm proud that you made is 6 days alone with the two little ones. Wow. It is so hard alone...it makes you appreciate having them home:)
Fun! I went hunting with my dad every year when I was growing up.. I have to say that I definitely miss it. I never actually carried a gun, I was always the designated driver lol. But it was fun anyway!!
