About a month ago, my little munchkins had their first dental appointment. I guess I was a little paranoid they were going to have cavities. When I was a child I had terrible teeth, and every time our family would go to the dentist I always had so many cavities. Luckily, they didn't have any and everything looked great.

It was pretty hilarious to watch the hygienist clean Boston's teeth. At first he was a little nervous but when he looked up at the ceiling and Diego was on the television he forgot about everything. Lila on the other hand was so curious until it was her turn and she screamed the ENTIRE TIME they checked her teeth.
They ended with some new tooth brushes, little dental mirrors, a sticker and their choice of toy. I wish my dental visits were this FUN.
Lately Boston's favorite thing to do... playing dentist and checking our teeth.

It is the best when they say no cavities! I am so glad someone thought to put the t.v. in the ceiling for the kids to watch a cartoon - such a great idea. It is surprising how fun the dentist can be for kids! Lila's sweater looks so cute!

How darling! I really need to do this. I have never had a cavity and luckily have awesome teeth...shawn on the other hand....DIFFERENT STORY! I need to get on the ball with my kiddos....this week.

I can't believe they went to the dentist...they seem so little! I guess you have to start some time. Boston was so good! Lila's reaction is probably how Cache will be! We can't wait to see you guys tomorrow!!!
